The mission of DBSA Depression Connection is to inspire hope and empower those with mood disorders to regain control of their lives. We cultivate a supportive and inclusive community where all voices are acknowledged, understood, and appreciated. Our free peer-led support groups and educational events provide individuals with the tools to face challenges, build resilience, and achieve their full potential. By fostering valuable connections, reducing isolation, and addressing suicidal behavior, we offer a lifeline of hope and strive to create a world where mental health is a priority and every life is cherished.
Our vision is to eradicate the stigma surrounding mental illness and establish a community where no one battles depression or other mood disorders in isolation, guided by our beacon of hope.
Since 2007, we have had the privilege of offering both in-person and online DBSA support groups, reaching and supporting thousands of peers along the way.
DBSA Depression Connection is a caring community of peers committed to providing open, free support group meetings. Our mission is to empower individuals through self-help, connection, and mutual understanding in a safe, judgment-free, and confidential environment. Begin your healing journey with us today.
